Soil : Gravely and sandy. Average age of the vines : 25 years. Farming : Sustainable. On conversion to organic farming. Harvest : hand picking.
Vinification
In stainless steel and concrete thermo-regulated vats.
Wine aging
12 months in French oak barrels, 25% of new barrels.
Tasting notes
The vintage gave a fresh, fruity and fine wine. Aromas of red berries, cassis and cherry. We have the same fruits on the palate. The persistency is long with volume. The wine has a nice structure with wrapped, riped and fine tannins.
