VINEYARD: El Manou and El Molí are terroirs of the Cornudella valley, between the Montsant and the Gritelles mountains, at an altitude of 500 and 600 meters. GEOGRAPHIC ORIGIN: North-East of Montsant, County of Priorat, Catalonia VITICULTURAL AREA: DOP MONTSANT, Serra Major
Vinification
WINEMAKING: Harvested manually in boxes between the end of September and the beginning of October. Alcoholic fermentation with skins for 16-18 days.
Wine aging
It is aged for approximately 12 months in 300 and 225 liter barrels with their lees, and 24 months in bottles.
Vintage details
2018 in the Priorat region was very hot and dry.
