El Manou and El Molí are terroirs of the Cornudella valley, between the Montsant and the Gritelles mountains, at an altitude of 500 and 600 meters.
Harvested manually in boxes between the end of September and the beginning of October. Alcoholic fermentation with skins for 16-18 days.
It is aged for approximately 12 months in 300 and 225 liter barrels with their lees.
2018 was a very dry and warm year with day temperatures of 30-35ºC and night temperatures of 15-17 ºC
In the background are balsamic and spicy notes with hints of a Mediterranean climate undergrowth attributed to a good ripening of Grenache and reminiscent of nuts and honey. Once opened it is a changing and expressive wine with great sincerity that reflects landscape and territory. Wine with a tour of the entire mouth, a fair and balanced structure that makes its way to the course of the mouth. At the end of the mouth all the aromas explode and toasted sensations of the barrel appear.
