Red grape varieties occupy 80 hectares of gravel soils in Chateau Margaux, which have excellent drainage. The average age of the vines is 35 years. Harvested exclusively by hand.
Fermentation and maceration for 3 weeks take place in oak barrels at a controlled temperature.
After aging for 18-24 months in new oak barrels, the wine is bottled without filtration.
The wine has a dark ruby-violet color. The taste of the wine is elegant, clean, soft, with an elastic structure, well-integrated tannins and a long, luxurious aftertaste. The aroma of wine is a bewitching symphony, woven from notes of spring flowers, crème de Cassis and graphite shavings.
