Harvesting is carried out manually at night, at the lowest possible air temperature. After crushing and pressing the grapes, the resulting juice is fermented at a temperature of 15-18 ° C for a week.
Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels.

The wine shows a pale golden color with greenish highlights. The rounded taste of the wine has a smooth texture, a good balance between acidity and tannins, notes of white pear and vanilla, a pleasant sweet aftertaste. The aroma of wine reveals tones of ripe juicy pineapple and white pear, as well as light floral notes.
