Elaborated with Tempranillo grapes from old vineyards from very old vineyards, planted in very poor dryland soils.
Cold pre-maceration with the skins at 10ºC for 24 hours and full fermentation with the skins at 23-24ºC. Malolactic fermentation and storage until bottling in traditional cement tanks.
Cherry red colour with purple tones and with an aromatic profile of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry) and reminiscences of black licorice. Smooth in the mouth, fruity, good structured, fresh and persistent.
