Golden pale yellow colour. Medium-high aromatic intensity, notes of fruit such as grapefruit and quince, and a floral background that provides grear uniqueness. Its texture and fruitiness completely envelops the palate, and its structure provides body and character, but in a very smooth, friendly and balanced way. Long in the mouth and with a soft bitterness that enhaces its character as a great gastronomic wine.
