Elaborated with Airén grapes from very old vineyards between 45-60 years old, planted in very poor dryland soils and with an average production of 4.000 kg/ha.
Cold premaceration with the skins at 10ºC for 8 hours and controlled fermentation at low temperature. It keeps with its own fine lees until its bottling.
Pale straw colour with greenish reflections. In the nose we find an aromatic profile of white and citrus fruits with subtle floral nuances. Fresh, fruity and with a pleasent smoothness in the mouth.
