Limestone soil on the flat terrain of the Utel Requena region. The continental climate with cold winters and fairly frequent extreme weather conditions in summer makes it possible to produce unique wines.
Harvesting is carried out at the moment of optimal ripeness of the berries. Fermentation takes place under strict temperature control.
The wine is aged in American and French oak barrels for 12 months.
The aroma of the wine is full of hints of wild fruits, hints of spices and vanilla. The bright, elegant and well-structured taste of the wine captivates with sweet tannins and nuances of wood in a long aftertaste.
