Traditionally made from a selection of grapes, from old vine vines and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 and 30 degrees Celsius. Maceration for 3 weeks with frequent pump-overs to achieve a good color structure and soft tannins.
This wine is aged in medium toasted Allier French oak barrels for 18 months and racked every 6 months. The rest in bottle until its commercialization.
Beautiful bright cherry color. Aroma with memory of mineral notes. On the palate it is tasty and broad. It has a long, persistent aftertaste with a pleasant memory.
