Limestone and White “Albariza” soils between Jerez and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, known as "Jerez Superior”.
Vinification
Biological ageing under Veil of Flor throughout the slow process of the Criaderas and Soleras system.
Wine aging
Adapted for “Single Barrel” aged for an average of 10 years in old American oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Pale golden colour, brilliant. On the nose is sharp, with notes of fresh bread dough, herbs from the country with memories to almonds. On the mouth is very dry, equilibrated and light.
