Starting from the free-run juice, this Verdejo is fermented for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 13-15°C to preserve the fruity character of the wine.
Sight: Green-yellow color that evolves over time to pale straw. Nose: Fruity aromas of ripe fruit, with notes of tropical fruits. Palate: Good balance between acidity and tannins, silky and consistent body, and a good lingering finish in the mouth.
