Crafted from free-run juice, this Verdejo undergoes fermentation for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 13-15°C to preserve the fruity character of the wine.
Sight: Bright wine with a straw-yellow color. Nose: Intense aroma of tropical fruits, fennel, and green leaves. Palate: Refreshing and unctuous, with a fresh, balanced aftertaste and a pleasant green note. It is recommended to consume between 6°C and 8°C.
