Traditional production method with daily pump-overs and fermentation with the skins for 4 days, finishing in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Sight: Intense dark red colors, ruby with violet notes that evolve into a tile color over time. Nose: Blackcurrant, plums, cherries, and red fruits. Palate: Good balance between tannins and acidity, persistence in the mouth, presents flavors of black fruits, pine, cedar, graphite, and dark chocolate. It is recommended to serve between 17º and 18º C.
