The production of our Dominio de Baco Airén involves floating must and fermentation at a temperature between 14 and 16°C for 10 days, followed by quick racking to clarify the wine. It does not undergo aging in wood.
Our Dominio de Baco Airén tasting notes reveal an intense floral aroma (white flowers) and fruity notes (pear and melon). It exhibits a good balance of acidity on the palate, with an intense, pleasant, and persistent aftertaste.
