Viticulture
Exclusive wine from the Vedrenyes estate, in the Cornudella de Montsant valley, between the Montsant and Gritelles mountains.
Vinification
Harvested manually on September 2020. Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 15°-17°C.
Wine aging
Different vinifications in order to look for all the expressions of the Macabeo. Work with 8-month lees.
