It was made exclusively with the red variety of the country, highly selected, healthy and ripe. The harvest was carried out manually, it was collected at the beginning of October, after a strict selection of the grapes in the vineyard.
Once in the winery, it was gently squeezed and destemmed, it fermented at a controlled temperature, discovering it after a long maceration period. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation was carried out.
Stabilization and aging in new French and American oak Bordeaux barrels (225 l) for 9 months. Its time in the bottle rack, at rest horizontally, preceded its bottling.
This wine has not undergone any stabilization treatment, so small sediments may appear in the bottle, without affecting the quality of the wine.
VISUAL PHASE purplish red color, clean and bright. OLFACTORY PHASE, aroma of black fruit, cloves, wood, toasted oak very fine and delicate. TASTING PHASE. Round, persistent, elegant, fine and delicate mouthfeel, aftertaste of black fruit and fine toasted notes, light and silky tannins.
