Harvest at the end of September. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation of 15 days at a temperature of 20ºC and later malolactic.
Eight months in American oak barrels.
Cherry red color. Clean aroma, of moderate intensity with memories of red fruit and oak. In the mouth, fresh and dry, slightly tannic with the alcohol well integrated in a background of fruits; cherry and raspberry, twinned with wood. On the nose, the red fruit of the forest stands out.
