• VINEYARD: El Abogado. Navalilla – Segovia. 13 years old vines planted in a vineyard 950 meters above the sea level.
• HARVEST: Mid October. Manually Done. Grape bunches are harvested manually and transported to the winery (1000 meters far) in boxes of 25 Kg. Further selection is done at the winery. • FERMENTATION: Stainless still. 10K liters capacity.
• AGEING: Allier French and Missouri Oak barrels 225 liters. 24 months and 12 additional months of stabilization in stainless still deposits.
• TASTING NOTES Color: Rich saturated cherry red edged in maroon. Bouquet: Full body aromatic. Fruity reminiscences assembled with rousted aromas from the French oak barrels. Taste: With a very complex structure, its primary taste reminds fresh plums with a very well integrated acidity. Long wood, coffe and balsamic aftertaste.
