Each variety is made separately in tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 - 28ºC for 10 days until the end of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
The exhibition takes place in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months.
The storage potential of the wine is 7-10 years.
Cherry red color with garnet rim. Clean, bright, with medium-high layer. Intense and expressive aroma. Ripe black fruits, soft spicy notes and fine wood nuances. Smooth and clean entrance. Wide mouth passage, good structured and balanced with well integrated tannins. Nice and long finish.
