Carbonic semi maceration at 26 ºC for 12 days.
4 months in French oak barrel and 18 months in bottle.
Dark bigarreau cherry color with purple hints, very covered and bright. In nose it has a great intensity with memories of black ripe fruit and jam. Toasted touches and cocoa, very complex. It’s soft and meaty with great fruit content, pleasant and aromatic during its entire pass, with fine echoes of its stay in wood and a magnificent sweet tanning, juicy and long ending.
