3 months in American and French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Intense and brilliant cherry ruby colour, with shades of ochre. Well defined aroma that perfectly matches the vanilla from the oak with the intense fruity aroma of the variety of origin, conferring the elegant, fine and intense aroma of ageing, with a spicy background that augurs a great evolution in bottle. It's aromatic in mouth, fresh, with a good balance, acidity and alcohol, and a good retro olfaction, with a long-lasting taste, ample and complex. All these characteristics lend a great personality to the wine, and entice to a new tasting due to the pleasant memory that leaves in our senses.
