VARIETIES OF GRAPE: 75% TEMPRANILLO & 25% CAB. SAUVIGNON DENOMINATION: D.O. LA MANCHA TASTING NOTES: • Produced with a Selection of the best Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. • Cherry-red colour, with brick-red notes. • Aromas of spices and ripe fruit. • Well-structured rich toasty aftertaste with a magnificent finish. • Good with roasts, red meats in general, game and semi-cured cheeses. • Serve at around 18ªC in a glass that does justice to its excellent qualities.
