VARIETIES OF GRAPE: MUSCATEL & VIURA DENOMINATION: D.O. LA MANCHA TASTING NOTES: This wine has been elaborated, exclusively, with Muscatel & Viura grapes from our vineyard. During fermentation process, the fermentation is interrupted, leaving a certain proportion of natural sugar in the wine. Pale yellow colour. Intense aroma of white flowers (orange blossom) and reminiscences of ripe fruit. Excellent varieta expression in the mouth, soft and fruity, with a very elegant sweet touch. It must be served cold, between 5 and 7 º C and is perfect for appetizers, seafood and white fish.
