Grapes from vineyards with an average age of 35 years, in glass in the municipality of Gumiel de Izán and La Aguilera
stemmed bunch with manual grape selection upon receipt, fermentation in steel tank controlling the optimal temperature.
Spacious, well exposed, with many nuances, especially fruity, fine tones of aging. Memories of wild fruits (blackberry, sloe), minerals (graphite, iron) and lowland (aromatic herbs, tones pine nut balsamic), discreet touches of aging (fine woods), tobacco leaf background. Well-built in the mouth, medium-tall body and good tannic structure, with a feeling of firmness but without rustic tips, well balanced in acidity, degree and body, with full center and relief, noble strength, tasty, wide and suggestive in the aromas of the mouth, with prominence of the varietal traits that project to a long and fine aftertaste.
