Description
Viticulture
Vines in traditional frame (frame 2.2 x 2.2) free pruning, dry farming. Plant age from 20 to 70 years.
Vinification
Grapes 100% Airen variety, harvested early to avoid pre-oxidation and fermentation, to get to the winery is stripping and newspapers. Barreling only the must yolk, which is the first juice extracted from grapes. When the juice has 45 g/l of sugar the fermentation is stopped
Tasting notes
Straw yellow, fair and transparent, clean aromas with hints of banana and citrus aftertaste is fresh and light
