Technicals specifications.- 100% old Grenache bush vines planted in 1973, bush vines at 1 ha plot called CUESTA DE LA ESTRELLA at 670M altitude, facing the wind(cierzo). Low ph soil, high acidity grapes. 14,5º alcohol. 4900kg yield. Doble qualified by Regulating Council In 2020 hand harvest took place October the 12th in 11kg boxes

Vinification

Tasting notes

Nose.- High intensity and incredibly pleasent aroma. Thymes, lavender and menthol hints, highlight violets and black fruits aromas. Mouth.- Dry and high acidity wine perfectly balanced with the present and funny tannin. Nice integrated alcohol. In mouth the fruit chnage to red fruits, very silky entry, with herbal hints too, these last amazing. Lingering and intense flavor. What an acidity! Conclusions. Excellent quality, complex wine in primary aromas, herbals, flowers and fruits. The exceptionall conditions of our plots allows us to mature our grenache since 14,5º manteining the floral and fruity power with a nice acidity even with more maturation. The obvious game between the tinnins and the acidity, became this wine in ones that you need drink more and more. Perfect to serve with all kind of dishes, thogh you can eat tapas with it. A great wine for many times, a great wine to enjoy long time in the glass.
