A variety highly appreciated for its great quality. Although it is a very aromatic, full-bodied and balanced grape, it is one of the grapes that requires the most effort in the vineyard and winery to achieve the best results.
Using the batônnage technique for 3 months, plus 4 months of static maceration with the finest lees in French oak barrels, we obtain a wine with volume, unctuous and harmonious, in which we can appreciate the character of the Serra de Tramuntana.

Golden yellow in color with greenish hues. The nose has floral hints of violet and white flowers, citrus, spicy notes of laurel and clove, and subtle smoky notes from barrel aging, with a voluminous, fleshy and enveloping palate. Balanced and elegant with notes of dried fruits such as almonds, cloves and white flowers.
