The maturation phase took place early, which allowed the beginning of the harvest at the end of August. The grapes were harvested after a rigorous selection in the vineyard, followed by selection on a mat of choice already in the cellar. They were introduced into the vat, where the fermentation took place with strict temperature control and prolonged maceration, which allowed the extraction of color and aroma compounds more smoothly, leading to a fruity and smooth wine.
Ruby colored wine, fruity with emphasis on red fruit and floral aromas, in a typical Douro set. In the mouth it is soft, round, very intense and persistent.
