The vines grow on chalky, deep loess-loam soils in the Hochstadter Roter Berg vineyard.
Fermentation and ageing take place in oak barrels.
An elegant Pinot Blanc, which was allowed to mature in a large wooden barrel after strictly selective hand picking. Delicate note of hazelnuts, coconut and flowers, paired with a complex chewy character. Still young but with great maturity potential for the future.
