Our exploitation is conducted according to the sustainable agriculture protocol for many years in order to respect the environment as much as possible and to promote the expression of our exceptional terroirs. Our wines are certified HVE (High Environmental Value).
Pick-up : early morning mechanical pickup (grape freshness) Breading : only made from our old vines with moderate yields. An important sorting of the harvest, then a long fermentation and 12 months ageing in 100% new oak barrels.
Wine pairing : it goes very well with red meats, game stews and the strongest cheeses. Tasting : to be served between 16 and 18°C. A tannic and balanced wine that needs to be well aerated before tasting. Ageing : the wine will improve by keeping for several years in your cellar (a maximum of 10 years).
