Our vineyard is conducted according to the sustainable agriculture protocol for many years in order to respect the environment as much as possible and to promote the expression of our exceptional terroirs. Our wines are certified HVE (High Environmental Value).
Pick-up : early morning mechanical pickup (grape freshness) Breading : our Bordeaux Rosé is made with a subtle blend between various red varieties which have undergone either direct pressing, or bleeding after pre-fermentation maceration. Then it was vinified at low temperature, before being raised on lees.
Wine pairing : it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with cold meats or with salads. Tasting : to be served at 10°. Ageing : consume preferably young to appreciate all the flavors.
To the eye : an elegant pink color, a vivid and frank wine. To the nose : it is a very aromatic wine, with red fruit notes. To the palate : very aromatic and fresh, with red fruit flavors .
