Here is the latest 2018 cuvée from the Bedrenne vineyards. Halictus is the name of the black bee that populates our hives within our orchard. It evokes all the environmental efforts made within the vineyard: HVE certification (High Environmental Value) level 3, planting of hedges in the vineyard, installation of beehives… The latter comes from a one-hectare plot of Cabernet. The goal of this approach is to create a wine that is as natural as possible, in particular with no use of chemicals in the vineyard or in the cellar (no sulphites were added during vinification and aging).
