The Montagne Saint Emilion vineyard extends over several municipalities, with a favorable exposure around the Montagne Saint Emilion hill. The grape variety is mainly composed of 90% Merlot but also 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. The 2.25 hectares are composed of clay soils with occasional gravel. The average age of the vines is 45 years.
Winemaking also uses modern thermoregulation techniques during fermentation.
For this cuvée, 60% of the vintage is aged in one-wine oak barrels and 40% is aged in cement vats. The goal is to obtain a beautiful fruit without the wood predominating on the latter and supple tannins bringing a generous length to the wine.

In the glass you will be surprised by its bright cherry color with magnificent reflections and a beautiful intensity. On the nose, you will find notes of black fruits and spices (pepper, liquorice). The mouth is ample, powerful in harmony with the tannins of the wood.
