Viticulture
The vines of our Morgon Tradition, located around the buildings of the Domaine, planted by my grandfather, come from soils composed of old alluvium and schists. This wine is a delight with its pleasant fullness on the palate.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed Semi-carbonic maceration Maturing in concrete vats for 8 months Bottling under CO2
