Our Morgon Côte du Py comes from very old south-east facing plots that are rich in schist, decomposed granite and hard blue stone called ‘Pierres Bleues’, set at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level. The wine is matured in old oak barrels for 18 months to allow it to round out.
