The collection of berries affected by noble mold occurs a little later than usual and is carried out only by hand. Then there is a strict selection at the winery. Fermentation lasts 2-4 weeks in oak barrels, 60% of which are renewed annually, and takes place at controlled temperatures.
Aging in new oak barriques is 18 months, and no more than six thousand boxes are produced per year.
Wine storage capacity is from 20-30 years.
The wine is golden in color with lemon hues. The wine intrigues with a soft, sweet taste with notes of peach, Mirabell plum and honey, light spicy nuances and a long finish. The wine attracts with a generous aroma, woven from notes of candied orange, peach, beeswax and lemon curd.
