Carignan is harvested manually and vinified in carbonic maceration. Destemming and vatting of 20 days for Grenache and Syrah. Blending at the end of vinification.
To drink within 2 to 5 years in good storage conditions.
Ruby red color, bright reflections. A nose of black fruits and violets, balsamic touches. A round and powerful palate. Evolution on fine tannins still very present and a nice bitterness in the final.
