Wine aging
After fermentation under strict temperature control, the wine is aged for some time in oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Pretty bright ruby color. We can find a complex and intense nose presents notes of ripe fruit, like blackcurrant. On the palate, the attack is rich, fleshy and structured. Evolution in the mouth is pleasant, the tannins are fine and melted, and the finish is long and round. This wine is well balanced and fruity.
