Wine aging
Aging 18 months with milling fermentation in new barrels for 45% of the great wine and in vats for 55%.
Tasting notes
Wine of deep purple color with bright ruby hues. The wine attracts with a generous, rich, well-structured taste with a silky texture, juicy notes of ripe fruit, dark berries, pleasant nuances of smoke and tobacco, mature tannins and elegant spicy accents in a persistent aftertaste. The complex aroma of wine shows the tone of dark and exotic fruits, ripe cherries, plums, blueberries, chocolate and pleasant spicy nuances.
