Soils: gravel, clay. The average age of the vines is 35 years, the age of individual plots of Cabernet Sauvignon reaches 80 years, Merlot and Petit Verdot - 60 years.
Manual harvest. Double selection of healthy berries at the vineyard and sorting table. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels and stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation. Paste with egg white.
Aged for 18 to 24 months in new oak barrels.
Intense ruby color with garnet reflections. A complex, multi-faceted bouquet reveals aromas of black berries, truffles, cocoa, violets, cellar. The taste is rich, with hints of blueberry jam, soft, silky tannins and a long, elegant finish of spicy berries.
