Description

Viticulture

Area-5 ha. Density-10,000 vines/ha. Age of the vines - 30 years. Yield-40 hl/ha. Manual harvest at full maturity, sorting in the vineyard if necessary.

Vinification

Total scraping. Cold pre-fermentation and post-fermentation maceration at 30°C. Fermentation at 30°C. FML in barrels.

Wine aging

18 months in oak barrels (30% new).

Vintage details

The 2019 vintage will fully reveal its potential in 2021-2024.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby ​​red wine. The taste of the wine is powerful and full-bodied, but with an excellent balance between strength and elegance, with juicy fruit, firm and expressive tannins, but without any astringency, well-integrated acidity. The finish is long, fresh, on berries. The wine has a fresh and expressive aroma with notes of black cherries, blueberries, blackberries and violets, edged with streaks of smoke and smoked meat.
