Vineyard "Clos Gauthe" has a southern exposure, layered calcareous-clay and marl soil.
After maceration and fermentation, the young wine is placed in old French oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation and aging of the wine are carried out for 11-12 months.
The wine has a light golden color. The taste of the wine is round, full, with a smooth texture, fruity-citrus hints and a fine acidity in a long aftertaste. Fresh, multifaceted aroma of wine replete with hints of peach, apple, lemon, honeysuckle, herbs and minerals.
