The vineyard is committed to organic farming and conversion to biodynamic farming. Terroir : Clay-limestone soil, single or double Guyot pruning (arcure). Ploughing of the soil Our planting density is 6000 to 8000 vines / ha. The yield is 64 hl/ha. The vines are on average 45 years old.
