Our techniques of wine making associate the most modern processes and the respect of a certain tradition of Bordeaux. Fermentation occurs in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
The wine ages in oak barrels for 12 months (60% French oak, 40% American oak from two wines).
The dress is purple red on an aromatic nose of small black fruits and spices. The palate is ample and fleshy with silky tannins. The finish is long, persistent while freshness.
