Our wine estate is situated in Saint-Vincent de Pertignas in the Region of Entre-deux-Mers, near Saint-Emilion. The vineyards are located on an excellent soil which gives fine, delicate, elegant wine, with a great aromatic complexity, which is further enhanced by an ageing period in oak barrels. Our wine making techniques combine the most modern processes with the respect of time-proved traditional Bordeaux procedures.
Fermentation occurs in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Ageing starts after the malolactic fermentation, and takes place in concrete vats.
To the eye : Beautiful bright red. To the nose : red berries, cassis and violet. To the palate : Soft, fruity, not too strong.
