Vinification
Our vinification techniques combine the processes the most modern and respect for a certain Bordeaux tradition. Fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
Wine aging
Breeding begins once the malolactic fermentation complete. Aging takes place in wooden barrels for 14 months.
Tasting notes
Beautiful color intensity. On the nose, aromas of black fruits and toasted notes. On the palate, harmonious and well-balanced structure, with a nice roundness. Pleasant tannins that finish with fruity notes.
