Tasting notes
This Loire Valley white made from Sauvignon Gris has a slightly golden color gold with green tints. The nose is elegant and aromatic with notes of white flowers and passion fruit. The mouth feel is both smooth and generous, a little mineral, and features white fruit and citrus fruit notes, it has a long aftertaste and persistence making it a well structured wine. Mainly served as an aperitif, but can also be enjoyed with sushis, Creole dishes, goat’s and sheep’s milk cheeses, ice creams and sorbets.
