Matured on traditional Nantes lees in underground tanks in the cellar, the lees are agitated regularly. The wine is bottled 18 months after the harvest.
Cellaring : Can be laid down for at least 10 years.
The wine has a golden color, a very delicate nose with jammy fruit notes. The mouth features hints of nutmeg, ripe fruit and a mineral finish that is typical of Coteaux de la Loire. This wine pairs perfectly with a scallop carpaccio, fish in sauce, Nantais butter sauce, foie gras, goats cheese and other cheeses with character.
