Traditional Nantes method, aged on lees in underground tanks in the cellar for at least 10 months.
Cellaring : To be drunk within two years after the harvest.
It is a dry white with a pale golden color. The nose features delicate notes of white flowers and lemon. The mouth feel is subtle, slightly pearly with lemon and fruity notes and a finish that is both mineral and supple. Ideal served during the aperitif, fish terrine, seafood, shellfish, oysters, mussels in white wine.
